Breaking the Hymen of the Clinamen

Two lovers collide in a twisted fate

Their hearts like atoms spin and swerve to lock

The tangled pain of love cannot abate

Despair lost to the void where it does balk

Distrusting vines tangle in her said womb

A sullen glance as he senses her plight

An impact loud and disturbance does loom

Hearts and atoms plummet and then take flight

Venus to Cupid’s arrows the heart weeps

Tears moisten the dew of a lovers kiss

Bound tightly in the void their passion leaps

Inordinate love is real and true?

They at last lay to rest bosom to bone

Love and Atoms find their true kingly throne
