Hours of Operation
I offer flexible coaching hours tailored to support clients across the globe in multiple time zones:
Wednesday & Thursday: Available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM MT, accommodating clients in various time zones, including the U.S., Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
On weekends, I am available for teaching the 200-hour Yoga Certification, workshops, and special events, creating transformative experiences for those deepening their practice.
