Hours of Operation
I offer flexible coaching hours tailored to support clients across the globe in multiple time zones:
Tuesday: Early sessions available from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM MT, ideal for European clients.
Wednesday: Standard sessions from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT, perfect for U.S. and local time zones.
Thursday: Late sessions from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM MT, designed to accommodate clients in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
I am available on select weekends throughout the year. When offering weekend coaching, my hours are:
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM MT
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM MT
