contemplative wisdom
Integrate Ayurveda, Tibetan philosophy, meditation, witness consciousness, and spiritual inquiry into a modern path of transformational learning rooted in awareness and lived practice.
Nervous System Awareness
Learn trauma-conscious practices that support regulation, grounding, resilience, and deeper awareness through breathwork, meditation, posture awareness, and embodied presence.
elemental immersion
Move beyond online study through immersive workshops, retreats, practicum experiences, and nature-based learning inspired by the wisdom of the Five Elements.
The MaunaYoga™ Pathway
A modern path of contemplative learning, embodied practice, immersion, and integration.
Step ONE
learn the foundations
Begin with a carefully curated online curriculum exploring yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, meditation, nervous system awareness, contemplative self-inquiry, breathwork, and embodied movement practices.
Students move through the coursework at their own pace while building a deeper relationship with yoga as a lived and transformational practice.
Step two
embody through immersion
Deepen your learning through immersive workshops, elemental retreats, practicum experiences, and live gatherings designed to bring the teachings into lived experience.
The Five Element Immersion Series invites students into nature-based contemplative practice through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether experiences held throughout Colorado.
Step three
practice, integrate & Teach
Cultivate confidence through practicum, mentorship, teaching methodology, community support, and embodied integration experiences designed to help students teach from authenticity, awareness, and lived understanding.
Students are supported in developing their own authentic voice while integrating contemplative wisdom into both practice and daily life.
experience the living practice
Immersive workshops, retreats, elemental gatherings, online teachings, and contemplative experiences designed to bring the teachings into lived practice and community.
