IGNITE
Fire Element Immersion
A MaunaYoga™ Embodied Practicum Experience
August 20–22, 2027 • Front Range / Sedalia, Colorado
IGNITE is a three-day Fire Element immersion devoted to transformation, vitality, courage, conscious discipline, and embodied self-leadership through yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation, and nature-based practice.
Held within Colorado’s striking red rock landscape, this immersive weekend explores the yogic principle of tapas — the inner fire that supports growth, clarity, resilience, and aligned action. Students are invited to reconnect with their personal power while cultivating grounded presence, intentionality, and sustainable energy.
Throughout the weekend, students will explore energizing movement practices, transformational breathwork, nervous system resilience, posture and energetic awareness, self-inquiry, and contemplative teachings focused on authentic leadership and embodied confidence.
This immersion is part of the MaunaYoga™ Five Element Immersion Series and includes 15 in-person practicum hours applicable toward the MaunaYoga™ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification pathway.
Open to all levels, including yoga teacher trainees, yoga teachers seeking continuing education, wellness professionals, and individuals seeking transformation, empowerment, and deeper embodied awareness.
