FLOW
Water Element Immersion
A MaunaYoga™ Embodied Practicum Experience
June 11–13, 2027 • Pagosa Springs, Colorado
FLOW is a three-day Water Element immersion devoted to emotional awareness, fluidity, nervous system restoration, and reconnecting to the body’s natural rhythm through yoga, breath, hydrotherapy, contemplative practice, and nature immersion.
Held near the healing waters of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, this immersive weekend invites students to soften patterns of over-efforting and cultivate greater receptivity, presence, and emotional balance through embodied practice and deep restoration.
Throughout the weekend, students will explore restorative and fluid movement practices, pranayama, meditation, fascia release, Ayurvedic nourishment, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation while learning how water supports healing, adaptability, emotional processing, and energetic flow.
This immersion is part of the MaunaYoga™ Five Element Immersion Series and includes 15 in-person practicum hours applicable toward the MaunaYoga™ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification pathway.
Open to all levels, including yoga teacher trainees, yoga teachers seeking continuing education, wellness professionals, and individuals seeking restoration, emotional grounding, and deeper embodied connection.
