Earth Element Immersion
A MaunaYoga™ Embodied Practicum Experience

ROOT is a three-day immersive retreat experience devoted to grounding, embodiment, nervous system restoration, and reconnecting to the wisdom of the body through yoga, nature, contemplative practice, and community.
Held within the sacred mountain landscape of Crestone, Colorado, this Earth Element immersion invites students into a slower rhythm of practice designed to cultivate steadiness, awareness, resilience, and inner support.
Throughout the weekend, students will explore embodied yoga practices, fascia release, breath awareness, meditation, Ayurvedic seasonal living, self-inquiry, and nature immersion while learning how grounding practices support both emotional and physical well-being.
This immersion is part of the MaunaYoga™ Five Element Immersion Series and includes 15 in-person practicum hours applicable toward the MaunaYoga™ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification pathway.
Open to all levels, including yoga teacher trainees, yoga teachers seeking continuing education, wellness professionals, and individuals simply seeking deeper connection, restoration, and embodied self-awareness.
