A MaunaYoga™ Embodied Practicum Experience

April 16–18, 2027 • Crestone, Colorado

ROOT is a three-day immersive retreat experience devoted to grounding, embodiment, nervous system restoration, and reconnecting to the wisdom of the body through yoga, nature, contemplative practice, and community.
