Lisa Gunshore is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and ERYT-200 yoga educator with over two decades of experience in holistic well-being. Trained in both classical Vedic philosophy and modern functional wellness, she specializes in weaving the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga into practical, embodied tools for daily life.

As the founder of the Rocky Mauna School of Ayurveda, Yoga & Mysticism, Lisa is known for her intuitive, heart-centered teaching style that blends ancient tradition with accessible, real-world application.
