RETURN is a seven-night immersive retreat experience devoted to nervous system restoration, embodiment, contemplative practice, and reconnecting to the deeper wisdom within through yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and oceanic healing.
Held along the breathtaking Pacific coastline of Costa Rica near Ballena Marine National Park, this intimate retreat invites students into a slower rhythm of living designed to support restoration, spaciousness, self-awareness, and reconnection through movement, breath, community, and nature.
Throughout the week, students will explore embodied yoga practices, fascia release, meditation, pranayama, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, contemplative self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation while immersed in the healing rhythms of the ocean, jungle, and sacred natural landscape.
This retreat is designed for individuals seeking restoration, deeper embodiment, spiritual connection, and meaningful transformation through intentional practice and immersive experience.
Open to all levels, including yoga students, yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and individuals seeking deeper connection, rest, reflection, and renewal.
