Our primary aim is to restore our bodies to their inherent state of vibrant health. Through the practice of embodied yoga, we harness the power of the body, breath, and Block Buddy™ to liberate ourselves from both physical and emotional constraints that hinder our well-being. Block Therapy™ serves as a catalyst for enhancing flexibility and releasing fascia, enabling us to realign our posture effectively. By incorporating Tibetan Yantra, Mindfulness, and Alignment Yoga, we foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, and forge a deeper connection with our true essence.

Flow Into Body™ seamlessly integrates Block Therapy™, Tibetan Yantra, Tantra, and Alignment Yoga. This class serves as an ideal platform for numerous benefits such as athletic recovery, improved flexibility, realignment of posture, balance, self-healing, detoxification, natural autophagy, spiritual development, and mindfulness.

 
 

As a life-long student of religion and contemplative psychology; I honor all belief systems and bring teachings from many different backgrounds into my class themes and meditations. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Flow training with ONE Yoga in Denver, CO and have great gratitude for the experienced teachers who taught and continue to mentor me as a student of yoga.

Helping you to find balance, harmony and freedom from suffering in your life is my mission and yoga is one of the potent vehicles to support you.

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2005, and my practice has helped me gain balance in my health, become more flexible, and embrace the warrior within.

The practice of yoga brings together the body, mind, and breath to free yourself from the obstacles to live in balance and vitality.  This practice is a beautiful compliment to my own as a Functional Ayurveda Wellness Coach.  My approach to teaching yoga is compassion-centered with a focus on self-care and expressing loving kindness to yourself.  Just as we want to align our actions in life to our soul’s purpose; we also want our bodies to align with their natural healthy state.  There is a focus on the fundamentals and basics of alignment within my classes.

THE PRACTICES‍

Committing to daily practice and cultivating presence are key to creating and maintaining balance in life. To embrace this challenge, I have established a community that provides various practices to help us stay committed and accountable. This network consists of individuals who share similar mindsets and goals.

Within this community, each practice incorporates asana, mantra, pranayama, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals (sangha). It serves as a safe space for nurturing our inner refuge, where we can be acknowledged and supported exactly as we are, and where we can share our challenges and successes. Through the community forums, we can seek answers to our questions and engage with a global network of individuals on a similar path.‍

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

·       Virtual practices consist of a combination of live-streamed sessions and pre-recorded practices. Dedicated virtual practices are offered at rotating times, and additional live-streams are provided whenever possible, regardless of Lisa's location in the world. Please note that schedules may vary depending on the club and studio attendance. The membership includes access to virtual practices, which are distinct from the in-person classes available at the respective clubs and Lisa's Studio in Centennial.
