Sundara Rishika Devi (formerly Lisa M. Gunshore) is a spiritual teacher, author, and creator working at the intersection of consciousness, contemplative practice, and emerging technology.
As the founder of the Buddhist Biohacker philosophy, she bridges depth psychology, Vedic wisdom, and modern scientific inquiry to help individuals recognize patterns, reclaim awareness, and live with clarity and intention.
With over two decades of experience in healing and spiritual practice, her work integrates ancient teachings with modern frameworks, including her Four Steps of Enlightenment Pie—awareness, wisdom, practice, and trust—and the evolving Digital Mirror Method, which explores artificial intelligence as a tool for reflective self-inquiry and human awakening.
She is the founder of the Rocky Mauna School, where students engage in a path of study, practice, and integration through courses, books, and community. Her modality, Functional Ayurveda, bridges Ayurveda, functional medicine, and intuitive insight to address the root causes of imbalance—physical, emotional, and energetic.
An emerging voice in AI and consciousness, Sundara Rishika Devi is also a filmmaker and app developer, creating platforms that expand how individuals engage with inner work in the modern world.
Author of multiple books, including The Digital Mirror, Cherry Pie, and Enlightenment Pie, her work offers a grounded path for those ready to move beyond awareness into embodiment.
Her mission is to support the evolution of human consciousness—helping others return to their true nature and live with presence, compassion, and conscious purpose.

My coaching method
Spiritual practice, natural diet, and self-study created profound change. Through my healing process I lost 97 pounds and re-discovered my femininity. I’ve written about my journey in the book Enlightenment Pie. My four steps to healing, outlined in the book, are the framework for my coaching method.

Become aware
We can experience vitality and achieve balance in our physical, emotional, and spiritual lives. Self-knowledge is vital to realizing our potential. Identify your patterns and dissolve your false sense of self through practices such as meditation and self-inquiry. Through inspiring conversations, a variety of resources, and individual support, you will see the world, and yourself, as it actually exists. Understanding the nature of reality generates love and compassion is achieved.
Practice
Applying self-discovery tools is a commitment to yourself and your own growth. A daily practice is essential to help us stay physically fit, mentally balanced, spiritually connected, and emotionally strong.
Become wise
My journey of self-discovery led me to Functional Ayurveda as a vehicle to profound healing. Ayurveda translates to ‘knowledge of life,’ and in feminine form Ayurveda; we are asked to trust in the wisdom of our own experience and in the knowledge that lies within our own body. Functional medicine focuses on identifying the root cause of disease. This is comparable to Ayurveda which looks beyond the symptoms to the imbalances within the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies to extract dis-ease from the root.
Trust
Staying motivated and inspired can be challenging when we are taking steps to heal. My mission is to uplift you through my conscious content, group engagement, and one-on-one interactions. We build trust with one another, through our journey together, and the result of achieving self-knowledge, we trust in Spirit and the interconnectedness of all things.
