the earth’s deep breath: coronavirus update

Beautiful Co-Creators of our New Earth,

We have stepped into a period of mindful retreat.  This is the deep breath that our Mother has desperately needed.  The next few weeks are a time of quiet and rest.  One of the lessons of individual illness has been a ‘forced rest’.  Mother Earth is a sentient being.  She has been quite ill.  This is a ‘forced rest’ for our Earth.  As a Scorpio, I couldn’t be more joyful.  I love my quiet time.   Have you felt the energy shift in the past 48 hours? The Earth is quieting down as we halt our activities.  There are reports of significant pollution reduction.  Our focus is not on the fast-paced schedule we have grown accustomed to.  Instead, our community is our family and our focus, our health.  

This is a time of High Heart Activation.  The Thymus Chakra is known as the high heart chakra or ascended heart chakra.  It is located at the Thymus gland which is just below the breast bone or between the heart and the sternum.  The Thymus gland manages our lymphatic system.  Its job is to support our immune response by producing T-leukocytes. They distinguish inoffensive body cells from intruding pathogens.  The Thymus Chakra, when activated, produces unconditional divine love.  This chakra gives us the ability to forgive and a sense of interdependence.  Thus, the High Heart Chakra is also known as the One Heart.  Many are asking, how do I boost my immune system?  How do I protect my health during this critical time?  Our global community of awakeners say; raise your vibration!  Pray and meditate.  Why?  The activation of the One Heart Chakra does two things.  First, it activates your immune system, supports the lymphatic system and creates immunity to many outside biological attacks.  Secondly, it allows you to forgive and generate compassion.  By practicing forgiveness, you release karma and toxicity in your energy field that may produce dis-ease of all kinds.  By generating compassion, you raise your vibration to a crystalline turquoise.  This crystalline energy activates the 5th and 6th dimensions and the quintuple helix in our DNA.  It takes you out of linear reality and allows you to create your life in new ways.

In functional Ayurveda, our digestion is our number one focus when looking at the immune system.  It starts in the gut.   It may be difficult to ‘digest’ our environment presently.  By sitting in stillness and practicing breathwork and meditation, yoga also, you can begin to notice the peacefulness around you.  Better yet, go out in nature.  Families are in the parks again.  Spend time in nature with your eyes open.  Take in the environment and the beauty of nature to aid your digestion.

This is a time of healing.  Better yet, this is a time to re-create our health.  We are the co-creators of a New Earth.  We are the leaders of a new way.

Social Distancing to Mindful Retreat – shift your language from social distancing to mindful retreat.  It is an act of mindfulness to choose to step out of gatherings in order to protect the health of one another.  This is also a time of retreat and stillness.

Live a simple life with Humility – His Holiness the Dalai Lama has spoken for years about interdependence and the nature of reality.  He says; “I am a simple monk.”  It is time for us to look at our individual contributions to the whole.  What is your carbon footprint?  How can you be compassionate in your choices?
Connect to Nature – go outside.
Meditate, Sit in stillness
