The new way: coronavirus update
Good morning Beautiful Souls of the Universe!
Thank you to all who joined our beautiful circle yesterday at 11:11am. As I stated on the call; this is not a time for fear, but a time to raise our vibrations to the highest level. We are being called to live a new way. As the energy of Coronavirus evolves, I have been doing my due diligence to understand all facets of this experience spiritually so I can keep us informed and up to date. I have turned to my trusted resources in the spiritual community; astrologers, channels, and the many books and documents I’ve gathered over the past 15 years.
Back in November of 2019 I was given information that the time was NOW to begin our 2020 journey. It has become even more significant as I look back upon my own channeled writings in my journal from last year. I was told by my guides to hold a call on 11/11 at 11:11am. That call is accessible to the public on my YouTube channel.
The message I had channeled from Spirit was:
The upcoming year shines a light on genetic consciousness; both communicating with it and facilitating the healing of it. Our soul work is to act as the bridge between our physical lineage and our soul’s destiny. Revealing the inherent gifts and talents of our ancestry and leveraging the suffering of our ancestors as our strength and ability to live out our Truth. It is time to break free from your inherited genetics and fully align with the purpose of your soul.
Our work in 2020 (and beyond) integrates both our physical experience or human reality and our spiritual or soul-purpose as a being of Light. The intention behind our work this year is to move beyond our physical limitations in order to support self-realization.

This pandemic is an opportunity for us to heal. I have felt for many years that our world would not suffer from a world war as we have known it in the past. That, the ‘war’ would be our fight to survive in a toxic world. Many of you in my community have been training for this for quite some time. The current world has been challenging for many of us and major changes to our diet and lifestyle have been required. While the panic that is surrounding us can feel consuming, do NOT allow it to affect your energy. Instead, stay in a space of calm, peace and joy. Focus on eating consciously and maintaining gentle exercise. You KNOW what to do. Your body has always known what to do. This is an activation of the higher heart chakra and the rise of the feminine. Feminine form medicine asks us to trust in the wisdom of our own experience and in the knowledge that lies within our own body.
What’s to come:

It’s beautiful and right in line with my own intuitive feelings and the channelings I’ve studied over many years, as well as my own.
2. Astrologers are predicting that March 18-23 will be the peak of the virus. I recommend staying close to your home and eating clean during that time.
3. My cards are showing that the intensity of the Coronavirus will pass by May 1, with a feeling of ‘recovery’ by October 1. The effects of this virus will be long-term. I continue to hear the message; this is the new way, the new Earth. How we live and most importantly, how we care for ourselves, will be the biggest change.
4. Edgar Cayce’s Golden Age – I have spoken for years about Edgar Cayce’s channelings of a Golden age. You can read some of the information here. I believe that we have already begun shifting into this era and this is a pivotal moment.

This is a time of compassion and collaboration. A time of great healing in our world. It is our responsibility to act on the mission for 2020; to break free and ascend.
What to do:
1. Conscious Eating – Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet. From March 18-23 I recommend eliminating all sugar from your diet to give your body the best protection from dis-ease. You can use the Indigo Flow as your guide to healthy eating and natural detox. Download here on my website.
2. Gentle Exercise – Practice yoga and walk/hike in nature. During this time of isolation, I recommend spending quality time in your own home stretching and practicing yoga postures. You can access my yoga class on YouTube for a free guide here: https://youtu.be/CrGvwPmerEk
3. Meditation – Again, while you are inside your home, meditate! What a great reason to stay indoors. I keep thinking about how many times one of my amazing clients (YOU) have been sick or hurt themselves and had to stay home. It was always a lesson for self-care. Is this not a global lesson in self-care? Take full advantage of this quiet time at home to catch up on your meditation practice and psychic development exercises. 4. 2020 Readings – I did many 2020 readings and all of them felt like there were challenges. In hindsight, looking at my notes, I noticed a lot of respiratory issues were in the cards. Depression and fatigue were there as well for many of you. If you had a 2020 reading, I recommend going back through your notes and checking in with the energy there. I feel strongly that a lot of the energy was global.
5. Stay Alkaline – I believe strongly in Edgar Cayce’s acid-alkaline diet. There is a book about it available on Amazon. I have followed his procedure many times in the past decade to heal during bouts of poor health. This is the time to alkalize your body to help protect against virus and bacteria.
6. Reduce fight or flight. Any meditations that assist in reducing fight or flight are critical. Stay in the space of calm and ease.
Practice mantras – Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha is the mantra of Green tara. It is so beautiful and worth reciting on your mala or rosary. There are many mantras and chants that you can recite. Follow what calls to you.
7. Community – There is a great desire for community with the isolation energy of quarantine. I will be opening up my 11:11 calls to everyone during this time. More to come in the next few days.

My heart is open to you all. I will be spending these days in my home; meditating, writing, and practicing yoga. I am available for readings as usual.
