THE TEACHING
A path of connection and presence
Channeling can begin with a longing to connect—with higher wisdom, spiritual guidance, and the deeper truth within ourselves. Yet opening to that connection also asks us to cultivate discernment, grounded awareness, and presence in the body.
I wrote The Sacred Path of Channeling as a companion for that journey. Drawing on Vedic tradition, yoga philosophy, and my own experience as a channel and teacher, I bring together two streams of practice: trance channeling and embodied witnessing.
Through teachings, meditation, breathwork, and reflection, I invite you to explore spiritual connection as a practice you can carry into everyday life.

The information here is both profound and simple. Each guide and teacher you meet will speak of love, of our Earth, and of our Creator. My interpretations are my own, and you are invited to engage with them as you feel called—accept what resonates, set aside what does not.
